Foaled in 2008, Ardfry Ariel has completed three successful years on the show circuit. Starting in the Yearling CLasses, she placed fifth in Clifden, third at the Midland’s Show and at Oughterard, and second place at the CLaremorris Show.
Last year, as a 3 year old, Cashel was her first show, where she took the Red Rosette in her class, before going on to Spiddal where she won out against a very strong filly class, took the Junior Championship, and went on to take the overall Reserve Supreme. A great achievement – mirroring her sire Cashlebay Prince who won his class, the Junior Championship, and the Overall Supreme at the same show some six years before as a two year old.
She is a beautiful, typey mare with exceptional bone. A Grade One mare, she will be covered this year, and hopefully in foal for 2013.
